Adrienne Seals

Adrienne Seals is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern Mississippi. Over the past seven years, she has established herself as a dedicated mental health professional committed to guiding adults and teenagers through life’s challenges. Adrienne began her career as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in a dialysis treatment center, where she honed her skills in supportive counseling and patient advocacy. Today, she serves full-time as the Assistant Director of Mental Health at a men’s prison in Louisiana, overseeing clinical services and ensuring evidence-based care for a diverse population.

She believes that no two clients are the same, so she draws from multiple therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, mindfulness techniques, and family systems work—to craft an integrative treatment plan. By integrating these approaches, she creates individualized treatment plans that address emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal factors. Whether clients face anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or transitional stressors, Adrienne tailors each session to align with their specific goals and pace. She empowers clients to identify and change negative thinking patterns, develop healthier behaviors, and achieve lasting well-being. Adrienne supports client through empathy, active listening, cultural competence, and resiliency.

Combining her advanced education, hands-on clinical experience, and genuine passion for social work, Adrienne is committed to fostering positive change. She maintains a confidential, compassionate space in which individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Adrienne’s ultimate goal is to walk alongside her clients on their journey toward growth, resilience, and improved mental health.
