Mary Jan has been in the counseling field for over 30 years as a Masters Level Clinical Social Worker. She received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Psychology and her Masters in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology. Her work experience includes medical social work, hospice and home health, Intensive Outpatient group therapy, individual counseling and couples counseling. Mary jan has expertise in working with addiction, substance abuse, twelve step programs, physical health issues, and grief and loss. Her philosophical approach to each client starts with a holistic view of health (spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental) and is focused on trust and positive relationship building. Her experience with inpatient, long term care and outpatient programs has strengthened her core skill set and allows her the ability to work with clients of all ages.
